MAKE A BETTER BURGER OR STEAK

NEVER use a microwave to thaw beef. Thaw beef in the refrigerator.
For quick thawing, place the sealed packaged under running cold water until thawed.

Bring beef to room temperature before cooking.

Stove top cooking is the ideal for all beef, including grass fed.

Coat steaks with olive oil for easy browning.

Preheat pan before adding beef.

Never use a fork to turn a steak or burger – precious juices will be lost.
Always use a tongs.

Remove from heat just before if is finished.

Let beef sit covered for 5 minutes after removing from heat to allow juices settle.

For roast and larger oven cuts reduce recipe temperature by 50 degrees.
