natural pastures of our
family farm located in the Ohio River
Valley.
Our cattle are raised with no preventative antibiotics or added hormones
and they are never exposed
to herbicides or pesticides.
Grass fed beef is not only healthier than traditional grain-fed beef
but, also has truer, richer, and more authentic flavor.
Our beef is hand-cut and trimmed with attention by a USDA inspected
butcher. It is then dry-aged to
round out flavor and enhance tenderness,
this is something usually only available to restaurants.
Our beef is packaged using the most current and safest methods. It is
then immediately flash frozen,
sealing in moisture, and then vacuum
packed.
